Order and Shipping

What is the best way of getting in touch with Cynosure Design?

Due to the fact that we are solely an internet based company, the best way to contact us is by emailing us at info@cynosuredesigns.ca. However, if you need immediate attention and need to get a hold of someone due to time-sensitive reasons, please contact us via Facebook Chat.  

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

This is something that we can address on a case by case basis. Because processing times can vary, we recommend our customers to get a hold of us via the contact form, email at info@cynosuredesigns.ca, or by our live facebook messenger chat as soon as possible so we can edit and alter the order. If more than 24 hours has passed, in some cases, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel/modify the order. 

Will I be able to track my order?

With every order, we will be providing tracking information sent to your email. With this tracking information, you can track your shipment.

The tracking information says that the item has been delivered, however, I have not received it yet.

In some cases, please allow three business days from the date the website states "delivered" before contacting us for an investigation. We also recommend you contact the carrier to investigate further, as sometimes packages are sent back to the closest postal office to be stored for the next day. 

Are the shipping fees refundable?

Because shipping is paid to a third party postal office, and none of the amounts is stored with Cynosure Designs, the shipping costs, including any returns that may be available are non-refundable. 

How long till my items ship?

We are always working hard to ensure that all items get processed and shipped in a timely manner. Usually, orders will be processed within three to four business days. However, during busy seasons, this time can increase. 

Do you offer discounts for bulk or big orders?

If you are looking to place a bulk order of more than 10 of the same items, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can provide you with a customized one-time use coupon code to discount your bulk purchase from our website. 

Why was my card declined?

There may be several reasons why credit cards can be declined. One of the reasons that are quite popular, is that the address for the credit card must match the billing address on the order you are trying to submit. Also, often times people do not put in the correct credit card number and the CVV2 of your card. 

Exchange and Returns

Can I exchange/return my item(s)? 

Exchange: You may exchange the item within 30 days from your order date. However, your original receipt is required. For further information, you can visit our Exchange Policy page.

Returns: Refunds are accepted within 30 days from your order date. However, your original receipt is required. For further information, you can visit our Refunds Policy page.
