Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of your original date of purchase. After 30 days, we will no longer accept exchanges. Cynosure is not accountable for exchanges that are lost or damaged in the mail.

WATCH EXCHANGE:

Watch exchanges are determined on a case by case basis. To inquire if your watch is eligible for an exchange please contact info@cynosuredesigns.ca with your full name, address, your order number, the item/s you wish to exchange and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write “Watch Exchange” on the subject of the email. A team member will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your request.

CLOTHING EXCHANGE:

You may exchange a piece that is the wrong size for another of the same style. The purchaser agrees to cover the cost of shipping back to the warehouse. If your requested size is not in stock, we will ship the item when it becomes available. By purchasing from this site you agree to our Terms of Service, Return Policy, and Warranty Terms.

If you wish to exchange a clothing item, please contact info@cynosuredesigns.ca with your full name, address, your order number, the item/s you are exchanging and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write “Clothing Exchange” in the subject of the email. A team member will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your request. Please ensure that clothing item(s) are unwashed, unworn and the original tags are still attached. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time you mail your return for our team to receive it and process the request.
